They provide first-class Umbrella services for contractors, freelancers, temps and self-employed CIS workers.
Responsible for direct client interactions and driving sales revenue, the Agency Director (BDM) must proficiently communicate the offerings of iConsult , targeting business leaders in the agency space and adhering to a structured sales management process.
Leveraging established industry relationships, you will draw in clients to engage with iConsult . Additionally, active collaboration with internal stakeholders, to aid in smooth onboarding and account management of client accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Generate sales through proactive efforts whilst also account managing clients through periods of growth.
• Engage with clients to ensure project deliverables align with specified scope and budget.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team at Iconsult to devise strategies and proposals supporting revenue growth in new and existing client accounts.
• Present the company professionally and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
• A proactive and methodical professional with technical, finance sales skills, capable of working across diverse stakeholders to align sales propositions with specific requirements.
• Attain sales quotas and associated activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a Payroll Software Vendor or Payroll Managed Service business
• Consistent sales performance, supported by verifiable payslips
• Experience in leading discovery sessions, conducting demos, and crafting proposals
This is a remote position covering the South East & London territory, with monthly office based strategy meetings in either London or Bristol.
