Our client is in search of an experienced Specification Writer to join their team at the Bala Site near Wrexham.

The role entails completing retail, customer, and own brand specifications, including those for major retailers such as Sainsbury's, Tesco, Co-op, Aldi, and others.

Key responsibilities include;

📝 Writing and finalising product specifications.

📦 Generation of pack copies for own brand specification, including sub and legal name generation.

📊 Managing retailer systems.

✅ Ensuring compliance with retailer standards.

🌀 Supporting the NPD team.

Essential skills include previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of retailer systems, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills.

Desirable qualifications include familiarity with additional retailer systems, food-related degree,

Brexit exporting knowledge, and awareness of sustainability requirements.
