In this role, you'll guide a talented team, including a Digital Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer and external agency relationships to execute Brakeburn's marketing vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Manage Team: Oversee and mentor Brakeburn's marketing team in Poole, ensuring smooth workflow and top-quality output.
Strategic Direction: Set the strategic direction for Brakeburn's marketing, prioritising tasks and managing workloads to meet objectives.
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a brand strategy that aligns with Brakeburn's goals and resonates with its audience.
D2C Initiatives: Enhance the online shopping experience by driving Brakeburn's direct-to-consumer efforts.
Campaigns and Launches: Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Partner Collaboration: Work with partners to boost Brakeburn's visibility and sales across wholesale and retail channels.
PR and Social Media: Manage Brakeburn's PR, social media, and brand engagement strategies.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships that expand Brakeburn's market reach.
Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitors to keep Brakeburn ahead of market trends.

This position is office based:
9:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Summer hours
Brand allowance x2 per annum.
