The Mission:
-Strategic Architect: Lead the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy with pinpoint accuracy, aimed at bolstering customer retention, loyalty, and increasing lifetime value. Every move matters.
-Data Commander: Dive deep into customer behavior and insights. Use this intelligence to craft personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty platforms that hit the mark every time.
-Targeted Precision: Segment audiences with surgical precision, ensuring that every message resonates with the right customer at the right time.
-Automation Specialist: Design automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, and loyalty campaigns that run like a well-oiled machine.
-Tactical Analyst: Track, measure, and optimize CRM performance metrics—open rates, conversion rates, CLV, and churn rates—ensuring continuous improvement and mission success.
-Optimization Expert: Use A/B testing to continuously refine campaigns. From subject lines to content, you’ll find and deploy the winning formula.

Required Capabilities:

-Technical Mastery: Command of platforms like Klaviyo, BI/Data stacks, and loyalty apps such as Loyalty Lion or Yotpo.
-Analytical Precision: A sharp eye for data, with the ability to extract insights and drive strategic decisions.
-Customer-Centric Vision: A deep passion for understanding customer behavior and improving their lifecycle experience.
-Operational Excellence: Capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining flawless execution.
