The Job
- Taking and processing orders via phone, email, and online - accuracy is key!
- Upselling products and sharing new launches, promotions, and sampling opportunities.
- Resolving customer queries like a pro and keeping them happy.
- Supporting regional account managers and helping onboard new customers.
- Keeping records up-to-date and preparing reports when needed.
- Promoting smart delivery options to boost sustainability and efficiency.
The Skills
- Someone with 3+ years in sales or customer service (FMCG experience is a bonus!).
- A multitasker who’s organised and tech-savvy (Excel, Outlook, Teams - no problem!).
- A confident communicator with a knack for building rapport and smashing goals.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and ready to make a difference.
