The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Luxury Property & Maintenance Manager to oversee inspections, maintenance operations, and vendor coordination across our prestigious portfolio. This dual-role position requires a proactive leader who can ensure impeccable property upkeep while delivering outstanding client service.

Property Management
Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans.
Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring top-tier service.
Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts for efficient operations.
Enhance guest experiences by maintaining luxury property standards.

Property Maintenance
Oversee maintenance teams and coordinate with external service providers.
Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to uphold pristine property conditions.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain accurate records.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in luxury property or hotel maintenance management
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
