Ecommerce Specialist Poole £35,000 per annum

Are you digitally savvy with a passion for online retail? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Ecommerce Specialist to join a growing team at beautiful studio-style offices in Poole.

In this exciting, full-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising ecommerce platforms—ensuring product listings are flawless, online sales run smoothly, and our customers have a seamless digital shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing product listings across ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify etc.)
Writing engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions and uploading imagery
Monitoring online stock levels, pricing accuracy, and promotional updates
Analysing online sales and traffic to identify growth opportunities
Coordinating with customer service, marketing, and warehouse teams to support campaigns and fulfilment
Assisting with the planning and execution of ecommerce promotions and product launches

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an ecommerce or digital retail environment
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital merchandising
Excellent attention to detail and a flair for writing product copy
Analytical mindset with confidence using tools like Google Analytics or Excel
A self-starter who’s organised, proactive, and team-oriented
