What you'll do:
Take ownership of day-to-day Shopify and Amazon store operations, optimising performance and customer experience
Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising to maximise visibility and sales
Implement SEO best practices and site improvements to improve organic reach and enhance customer journey
Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, increase basket sizes, and boost customer lifetime value
Develop and execute upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies that drive revenue growth
Design and run A/B tests to continuously improve site performance and user experience
Troubleshoot technical issues across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
Oversee outsourced peer-to-peer (P2P) programs, ensuring strong performance and brand alignment
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience managing Shopify and Amazon stores
Strong data-driven approach to eCommerce optimisation
Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and UX best practices
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across teams
