Salary: £47,500
This is a pivotal role for a passionate and commercially minded marketing
professional who thrives on delivering high-impact, brand-led campaigns across
multiple channels from digital and social to experiential and retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, strategy, and optimisation of the global marketing budget,
ensuring alignment with company turnover, sales objectives, and business
plans.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing calendar, integrating
product launches, newness planning, and seasonal promotions.
• Manage, motivate, and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering creativity,
collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for
new product launches, including:
o Brand identity development
o Content creation (photography, video, animation)
o Multi-channel deployment across digital, social, print, and broadcast
media
o Advertising campaigns spanning print, social, digital, and experiential
channels
• Collaborate with major retail partners to plan and deliver joint marketing
programmes across digital, in-store, and social platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across independent retailers, brand
ambassadors, and all consumer touchpoints.
• Manage the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, X,
YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Uphold brand identity and tone across all marketing materials, ensuring
consistency and premium execution.
• Lead experiential and trade show marketing, including stand design, event
coordination, and retailer collaborations for UK and international events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and media
partners.
• Attend executive meetings, presenting updates, insights, and
recommendations, and ensuring follow-up actions are delivered effectively.

• Proven experience leading a marketing function within a premium or
consumer-facing brand.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to plan and optimise
budgets effectively.
• Creative leadership experience and able to inspire and empower a team.
• A confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, retail partnerships, and largescale events.
• Passionate about storytelling, innovation, and delivering an outstanding brand
experience.
